The September special election is now only weeks away. Important dates: Sept 7 is the day for voting for recall of Commissioner Harry Stolzfus and voting for the Commission seat by Gene Aubrey, which will all be on the same ballot sheet. And, get down to the Manatee County Judicial Center on Thursday, when Judge Edward Nicholas is scheduled to hear Commissioner Harry Stoltzfus' motion to dismiss the recall petition against him.
